SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS to US customers. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will result in increased shipping costs, please email orders@diversbox.com for a shipping quote. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

REFUND & ​​RETURNS POLICY​

  • We are able to offer exchanges only on unopened items in the original packaging that were damaged as a result of shipping. Exchanges must be filed within 5 days of the delivery date (for Diver Boxes). 

  • For Diver Boxes, all items must be unopened and returned to receive an exchange. Please contact orders@diversbox.com to start an exchange.

  • Approved exchanges will be issued within 5 business days after the order is received and processed.

We believe in supporting the dive community and our local dive shops. Each Divers Box is created in collaboration with a dive shop. All the included dive gear is also purchased from local dive shops.
