SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to US customers. Orders placed by the 10th of each month will ship by the 20th of each month (tracking information will be provided once the order ships). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will result in increased shipping costs, please email orders@diversbox.com for a shipping quote. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

REFUND & ​​RETURN POLICY​

We are able to offer refunds or returns only on unopened items in the original packaging that were damaged as a result of shipping within 15 days of the shipping date (for Diver Boxes). 

  • For Diver Boxes, all items must be unopened and returned to receive a refund. Please contact orders@diversbox.com to start a return.

  • All approved returns are subjected to a non-refundable payment processing fee of 3.5% of the order total.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the order is received and processed.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping labels will not be provided.
